It is the duty of all members of Proctorial Board to maintain discipline and decorum in the college campus, but it cannot be achieved without everyone’s cooperation and coordination. The maintenance of law and order is very important for the smooth functioning of the college, especially for a conducive academic atmosphere in the campus. This task has been assigned to the Proctorial Board of the college which has following mandate for the accomplishment of the said purpose:

The main objective of Proctorial board is to maintain discipline as it is key to success for any institution.
Providing security for various examination centers during entrance/ college exams to ensure free and fair conduct of examination.
To take preventive steps such as issue of notices, warnings, instructions regulating certain acts, and other arrangements for the purpose of forestalling acts of individual or collective indiscipline.
To supervise security and safety environment of the college campus.
